The #Wormie100 Photo Competition
If you're reading this you are one of the Wormie OG's! I'm so excited to launch the #Wormie100 Photo Competition—an exclusive competition for our first (107) Wormie Pre-Orders only. A Wormie is not complete without your hands moulding it into shape somewhere in your space, so this is your chance to show off your take on Wormie.
I've made three fun and varied photo categories, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned photographer, an interior design enthusiast, or simply a fan of cozy vibes. Share your Wormie creations, compete for exclusive vouchers to use at wormie.studio, and get inspired by the Wormie community. There are 6 prizes up for grabs worth a combined €750 and I only expect - at most - maybe half of you (53 people) to actually submit a photo, so there's a huge chance of actually winning 1st or 2nd prize in either category.
-
Categories & Prizes
- Shape - Photos that celebrate and capture Wormie's versatility.
- Artsy - Photos that show Wormie in a unique way or moment.
- Space - Photos that show Wormie and the interior around it in beautiful harmony.
Voucher can be redeemed for future releases (e.g the upcoming 'Wormhole' knot lamps), gifted to friends to use, or just used to get yourself another Wormie! Vouchers can not be combined with other discounts (Pre-Order discounts or other)

Installation Tips (Video Coming very soon)
Key Installation Notes
- Bend & Shape Wormie delicatlely as if it were a living thing, not an old tree branch. Avoid very sharp bends at the tips of each end.. Remember to only 'bend' Wormie by the core, not by grabbing the outer sleeve (when installed).
- Before mounting, program the Remote Control FIRST, while you can easily unclip the "MiBoxer" brain off the core.
****Remote Pairing Instructions ****
- Plug into Power, have both the core Brain and the Battery-Remote nearby.
- Press the "Set" on the back of the Brain Once
- Immediately after pressing "Set" on the brain, Press "SET" on the remote 3 times within 3 seconds. The Remote "SET" button is on the inside of the back rubber flap, where you must also insert the included cell battery,
- Once linked, the Light (as it's plugged in) will flash 3 times to confirm pairing. The remote can now control the light.
- This is a quick action, so you need to be ready with both devices in front of you and ready to press "SET" on both devices within 3 seconds of each other.
********** - Spread the Circular "Spacer discs" out on the core of the Wormie roughly evenly, The harsher the bend, the more spacer discs are required to 'space' the outer shell off the corre smoothly. Feel free to make the final spacer disc adjustments once the final shape is determined. Again - more bendy = more discs around that bend. Straight areas of Wormie need very few discs.
- When experimenting with different Wormie Shapes and locations, the outer spiral sleeve should not be on the core - this can just be annoying and get in the way. The outer sleeve 'spiral' should be installed once the positioning is determined and as the last step to complete Wormie. You can simply unclip one end of the Wormie core from one of the end caps, and slide it on to the core from one end.
- If you want to install Wormie with one-end freely hanging, you will need a reinforcing disc to strengthen the acylic end cap - please request one from me and I will send it ASAP. You will also then need to install the Frosted Acrlyic circular disc to the 'free end', by screwing the Stainless Steel little bolt included in your package of screws into the end of the free end cap (with the frosted acrylic disc in between)
- Screws are Wormie's ideal installation method. Make sure to screw the screws in with a hand screwdriver, not a drill, to avoid accidentally overtightening and crackign the acrylic. The clear acrylic discs should help with marking the correct areas to drill and/or screw, but they also offer the most
